We will operate our business in a manner that reflects favorably on our clients and our profession. We will adhere to the Quality Standards of the Matchmaking Institute and Matchmaking Network. All LifeWorks staff and consultants will be thoroughly trained and possess the appropriate degree of business and industry knowledge.

Confidentiality

We will respect our clients' privacy and protect the personal information they have entrusted to us at all times. Client photos will be kept private and never shared with anyone without the client's prior consent.

Integrity

We will serve our clients with integrity, trust, and fairness. We will not engage in any conduct that is misleading or deceptive.

Respect

We will treat our clients with dignity and respect. We will serve our clients with loyalty and protect their interests.

Objectivity

We will view our clients in an objective and impartial manner. We will assess each client in a thoughtful and non-judgemental way, and give full consideration to all factual and relevant information.

Immediacy of Response

We will respond to all clients with a sense of urgency. LifeWorks Matchmaking subscribes the "Sunset Rule": to the extent within our control, we will strive to return all calls and emails by the end of each business day.

Accuracy

We will endeavor to be accurate in all communications with clients and encourage them to exchange relevant and accurate information with us. We will strive to maintain and present information correctly at all times.

Conflicts of Interest

We will make every effort to prevent and resolve any conflicts of interest.
