Take the utmost care to deliver the highest standard of service for total customer satisfaction and will be subject to periodic evaluations correlative of client assessments.

Respond to clients' inquiries in a timely fashion and offer complete and clear answers.

Are diligent when qualifying all potential matches on behalf of their clients with a personalized approach from beginning to end.

Are subject to additional mandatory training and professional development for annual re-certification, in accordance with the Matchmaking Institute's guidelines.
